Lead Generation – GLK&A's strategy is to penetrate our clients' market (prospects) via phone in an effort to open doors (identify opportunities) for their company and/or sales reps. Our goal is to generate/create a strong interest via phone re clients' products/services paving the way for a phone and/or physical appointment (commitment) enabling their sales staff to elaborate and take the opportunity to another level at this point.
Sales & Marketing Support – Being available for consultation and guidance facilitating implementation, driving and enhancing various marketing programs and/or market penetrations. Working closely with sales reps via phone to ensure maximum effectiveness re leads produced.
Mailing Follow Ups – Following up mailings via phone in an effort to generate appointments and/or leads - strengthening the response ratio.
Customer Satisfaction Inquiries – Making phone contact with a clients customer base to determine what improvements, if any, are necessary to maintain their business including calling inactive/dormant accounts in an effort to revive the account.
Upselling – Penetrating a clients active customer base in an effort to "upsell" ( generate additional business). Staying top of mind while creating an atmosphere of good customer relations.
Partnering - Offering a teleprospecting outsource for marketing firms that may or may not currently offer these services that could be instrumental in their securing new business. Having a teleprospecting outsource available may enhance other marketing programs in place for clients.
